Thank you for scheduling your FAA medical exam with Gateway Aeromedical. We are looking forward to assisting you on your appointment date. Please review your email for the confirmation and links to you to manage rescheduling and cancellations.
Here's what you need to know and do next:
1. Appointment Confirmation:
Your preferred appointment slot has been submitted. You will receive a confirmation email shortly, which will include the date, time, and details of your appointment.
2. Pre-Appointment Checklist:
- Complete (MedXPress Application →): If not already done, please complete your MedXPress application and note your confirmation number.
- Gather Necessary Documents: Bring relevant medical records, laboratory studies, and any special issuances or SODAs you have been issued.
- Health Precautions: Stay hydrated and avoid high-sugar meals and excessive caffeine before your appointment.
- You must bring any glasses, contacts, or assistive devices you use while operating your vehicle, executing your jump, working in ATC, running your simulator, etc. If you use it while holding your certificate, bring it to your appointment!
3. Day of Appointment:
- Arrival: Please arrive at our office located at 4220 Duncan Ave, St. Louis, MO, 63110, 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
- Parking Information: Metered street parking is available, and covered parking is offered in the Cortex Orange parking lot with validation.
- Building Access: Follow the instructions provided in your confirmation email for building access. Text us at (314) 760-7616
4. Payment Information:
We accept cash, check, and card payments. Please note that card payments incur a service charge of 3.5% + 15¢.
5. Post-Appointment:
Once your exam is complete, we will guide you through the next steps, including any follow-up actions required.
